Start your career journey by learning more about our service lines and the opportunities available at EY. Then visit your school’s career services center to learn when EY will be on your campus, so you can connect with our team. Be prepared to talk about yourself, relevant work experience, what you’re passionate about and your point of view on current market trends and sector developments. We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your strengths and capabilities.
First, we’ll review your resume and qualifications. Students are selected for an initial assessment based on academic background, extracurricular activities and work experience.
During the recruitment process, you'll also be asked to complete an application for employment. Instructions on how to access the application will be provided by an EY recruiter or your school’s career services center.
Once you complete the application for employment, you’ll be invited to participate in a video assessment. This is a great way for us to get to know you, understand your career interests and qualifications and evaluate your potential fit with EY. Top candidates are then invited to participate in a second assessment, which will take place either virtually, on-campus or at an EY location.
A decision is usually made within a few weeks of the second assessment. We know that waiting to hear can be tough — so we will let you know as soon as we can. Our recruiters and professional staff will stay in touch with you throughout the recruiting process, and we ask that you do the same. Feel free to ask questions, request additional information, or let us know if you have received another offer.

Experienced candidates are asked to apply to open positions online. Applications will be reviewed by our recruiting team and selected candidates will be contacted for next steps, which typically include interviews and other conversations. We may also ask you to complete a written assessment. The exact structure and content of the assessment will depend on the country, service line and role to which you apply, as different roles require different skills.
The candidate profile and application takes about 30 minutes to complete. You can save your application at any point and return to it if necessary. To apply for more than one position, or to work in more than one location, you must complete an application form for each position. We try to make it easy for you to review, update or withdraw your applications through your candidate profile account.

If you successfully complete the interview process, and you feel we’re the right place for you, we'll make you a formal offer in writing. You can ask any questions you might have, and when you're happy to accept we'll look forward to receiving your confirmation and welcoming you on board.
