Chandan serves as the EY Americas Managed Data Review Leader for Forensic & Integrity Services.
He has more than 20 years of litigation, investigation and compliance experience, including eDiscovery, managed review, legal operations and analytics. Chandan has managed large data review and discovery matters globally and presented to regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also assists clients with the design, implementation and monitoring of regulatory transformation programs, legal operations improvement, compliance monitoring, and sustainability (environmental, social and governance) compliance.
Prior to his EY career, Chandan represented clients as an attorney in complex intellectual property and government investigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman ANDA disputes and False Claim Act (FCA) enforcement actions.
Chandan earned a JD from the Seton Hall University School of Law, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and a BS in Biology from Penn State University.
