Chris is the EY US-West Assurance managing partner, leading 3,000 professionals across 12 states.
He has over 27 years of experience in auditing a wide range of high growth and mature companies, primarily in the technology industry. He has advised companies through a variety of corporate transactions, including complex revenue agreements, equity transactions, debt offerings, business combinations and SEC reporting issues.
Chris previously served as US-West Audit Leader, where he oversaw quality, operations, talent development and market activities for the US-West, with a primary focus on the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) and Life Sciences practices.
Chris has a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a certified public accountant in California and Utah, and a member of the AICPA.
