Chris leads Ernst & Young LLP’s Tax Attributes and Planning (TAP) group. The TAP group helps clients with determinations of earnings and profits, stock bases, loss and interest limitations, legal entity rationalizations, transaction cost analyses and general attribute services. He has worked for many clients on their most significant acquisitive, divisive and internal restructuring transactions.
