Christian is a principal at EY-Parthenon within the Strategy and Execution practice. He has extensive experience managing projects that navigate large-scale mergers, divestments and joint ventures, with deep knowledge spanning the energy, industrials, consumer and life sciences sectors.
Christian has advised clients on large complex M&A transactions ranging from $50m to $30b in deal size, focusing on enterprise integration strategy, integration management, operating model design, value identification and capture, operational readiness, functional integration, and TSA planning and exit.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
