As a managing director in the Transactions and Corporate Finance practice, Christine guides real estate investors and funds on the design, implementation and operation of their valuation process and strategy. Christine has extensive experience project management, preparation of valuation opinions and valuation reviews for all purposes (tax, financial reporting, etc.), real estate asset diligence, scenario modeling, real estate portfolio optimization, strategy and valuation process improvement. Utilizing her real estate sector experience, she supports organizations through transactions and transformations.

Christine earned a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Christine received the counselor of real estate (CRE) designation in 2021.
