Courtney is a Principal in EY Americas Government Contract Services with more than 15 years of government contracting experience. Her wide-ranging knowledge across sectors, working with contractors of differing maturity and a cross-section of procuring agencies, brings with it unique and relevant perspective on government contracting matters.

Courtney provides clients with services spanning the government contracting life cycle, including diligence, internal audits, assessments, mock audits, control implementation, compliance program evaluation and remediation support. Courtney also regularly works with outside counsel to support investigations, audits, assessments and other matters.

Courtney earned a BS in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance from Texas Christian University and holds designations as a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.
