How is Daniel building a better working world

Efficient access to the capital markets is critical for clients to meet their financing needs, manage their capital structures and fund growth. When executing capital markets transactions, corporate clients are typically at a distinct experience and information disadvantage relative to their banking counterparts. This disadvantage is heightened in complex equity-linked products where publicly observable data is limited and pricing lacks transparency.

Leveraging its experience and market knowledge, the Equity Capital Markets Advisory team provides informed and independent perspectives that level the playing field for clients. With the EY organization as an advisor in these deals, clients are free to focus on the underlying businesses that help build a better working world.
