Daniel Robyn

Corporate attorney who helps companies adopt global corporate governance programs, expand internationally and coordinate global corporate transformation projects.

Daniel has close to 20 years of experience assisting startups to Fortune 500 companies with:

  • Implementing cost-efficient global corporate governance programs, governance controls, technology and process improvements
  • Setting up new legal entities (newcos, branches or rep offices) around the world
  • Implementing legal-entity changes (e.g., director changes, corporate name changes, address changes, fiscal year-end changes, continuations and conversions)
  • Project-managing large-scale global corporate transformation projects

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a partner at two large international law firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles, where he advised companies on international expansion; global corporate compliance; and global corporate reorganizations, including legal entity rationalizations, pre-acquisition planning, post-acquisition integrations, carve-outs and spin-offs.

Daniel earned a JD from the University of Cologne and an LLM from the University of Georgia.

He is fluent in English, German and French.
