His clients include large corporations and law firms. He has managed numerous complex global investigations and compliance assessments for audit committees, management and outside counsel across many industries.
Dave has presented investigative findings to regulators such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a frequent presenter on topics including conducting investigations, anti-corruption risk and remediation, use of technology in legal and compliance, and other related matters.
Dave earned a degree in Accountancy with a minor in Management Information Systems from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a CPA licensed in Ohio.
