Deblina brings deep, proven experience in enterprise and operating model strategy, financial sustainability and advanced analytics, with an emphasis on translating insight into execution.

Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Deblina held senior roles in management consulting, focusing on healthcare and insurance strategy, operational transformation and analytics enabled decision-making. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management — Calcutta, with a concentration in strategy and finance.
