Deblina is a principal with the Strategy and Execution practice at EY-Parthenon, helping employers, health payers, group insurance carriers and private equity firms. She supports clients with strategic growth, cost transformation and M&A, collaborating with them to navigate complex market dynamics and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Deblina brings deep, proven experience in enterprise and operating model strategy, financial sustainability and advanced analytics, with an emphasis on translating insight into execution.

Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Deblina held senior roles in management consulting, focusing on healthcare and insurance strategy, operational transformation and analytics enabled decision-making. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management — Calcutta, with a concentration in strategy and finance.
