Diana Hoff

Diana is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP and the EY Americas Life Sciences Sector Leader. Over the last three decades, she has collaborated with leading global life sciences companies as they navigate growth and market disruption.

As the EY Americas Life Sciences Sector Leader, she leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the performance of the life sciences industry. She is responsible for shaping and executing our growth strategy, advancing solution and capability development, guiding investment priorities, and strengthening account teams.

She previously served as a Global Client Service Partner for one of the EY organization’s largest biopharmaceutical clients, leading a global team focused on delivering insights that mattered, driving tangible value, and supporting the client’s mission to save and improve lives worldwide.

Earlier in her career, she was a partner in the EY Assurance practice, providing external audit services to large and mid-size life sciences companies and advising boards, audit committees and senior management on complex business and financial issues.

Diana received a BS in Business and Accounting from Indiana University and is a CPA.
