Doug is a senior vice president in the US Health Care Investment Banking practice of Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC (EYCA). He has 12 years of experience working on M&A and capital-raising transactions in the health care services and health care IT sectors.
Prior to joining EYCA, Doug held roles in private equity, corporate development at The Advisory Board Company and with a boutique middle-market investment bank.
Throughout his career, Doug has acted in an advisory or investment capacity on transactions totaling several billion dollars of enterprise value.
Doug holds a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
