Eric is a New York-based managing director in the Strategy and Transaction practice, advising clients on all matters relating to corporate finance, including strategy, fund launches, capital raising, capital allocation, portfolio and value optimization, and acquisitions and divestitures.

Eric has experience advising companies as a private equity investor, private lender and board of director on matters ranging from execution of strategic initiatives, acquiring and integrating tuck-in acquisitions, evaluating and monetizing business lines, forming joint ventures, restructuring operations and management, and negotiating purchase, credit, management incentive programs and partnership agreements.​

Eric earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and an MBA from Columbia University where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.​

How Eric is shaping the future with confidence

I have been an active volunteer for the Job Opportunities Program funded by the Inner-City Scholarship Fund for 15 years which provides monthly workshops to top NYC high school students.  The workshops focus on preparing students with both college and job readiness skills ranging from resume creation to interview preparation including best practices in the workplace.
