Fabio has more than 15 years of proven experience advising companies on topics of corporate finance and financial modeling, specifically in transactions. He has been primarily focusing on sell and separate engagements, including carveout sales, tax-free spins and IPOs. In addition, he has been helping clients with complex financial decision-making, capital allocation, strategic plan development and portfolio optimization. In his leadership role with the Valuation & Decision Modeling team, Fabio is committed to nurturing talent and cultivating a robust team culture in the NYC office.

Fabio earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
