Franny has been a dedicated member of Ernst & Young LLP since 2012, currently serving as a principal in the Business Tax Services practice in the firm’s  National Tax Department.

Based out of the EY New York office, Franny focuses on partnership tax, working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients that includes private equity firms, multi-national corporations and other entities.

Her role extends beyond client service delivery. Franny is deeply involved in team leadership, playing a key role in fostering a high-performance culture within her group. She is also a frequent speaker and thought leader, representing the firm at internal forums and external industry events, where she shares insights on tax policy, partnership structures and leadership development.

Franny holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD and LLM. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
