Garrett draws on his background as a health care attorney to advise clients across a large spectrum of the drug distribution chain, including hospitals, health systems, wholesalers, retail pharmacies, 340B TPAs and drug and device manufacturers that buy, sell or receive reimbursement for products through the 340B, Medicare, Medicaid or Federal Supply Schedule programs.
Prior to joining EY US, Garrett provided compliance services to health care providers throughout the country, including counseling clients relative to 340B compliance, Non-Profit Institutions Act “own use” programs, federal provider-based regulations and clinical co-management arrangements.
