He works with clients across high-growth industries to improve how large projects and programs are planned, executed and controlled — helping organizations deliver efficiently at scale.
Greg focuses on bridging the gap between business process improvement and technology enablement. He advises clients on adopting digital solutions that strengthen project management and project controls capabilities, driving measurable improvements in capital project performance.
Previously, Greg held roles across consulting and owner-operator oil and gas companies, giving him a strategic advisory perspective and hands-on operational experience in complex project environments. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching project management and land surveying, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of industry professionals.
Greg holds a BS, MS and PhD in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
