Greg serves as the Americas Energy Transition and Renewable Energy Leader. He helps domestic and international energy companies evaluate and capitalize on complex challenges and opportunities across their tax and finance functions.

Based in Houston, Greg has experience in US federal income tax planning and structuring for business transactions involving partnerships and corporations, with an emphasis on energy investments. Leveraging his background as a lawyer and experience as a member of the EY Transactions team, Greg’s work with energy companies focuses on partnership tax issues, public monetizations and more.

Greg earned a BA in Finance from Michigan State University, an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a JD from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
