Hillol has 30 years of experience in wireless business and technology strategy, focusing on new product and service rollouts for operators. He has supported launch of a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), developed business strategy for fixed wireless access, conducted network-as-a-service and spectrum auctions, optimized mobile greenfield networks, migrated network technology, and conducted user experience and technology trials for disruptive wireless services.
Notably, Hillol supported a leading US operator in launching an MVNO, where he developed business and technology strategy for network, backend platforms and devices. He also optimized MVNO billing and provisioning solutions and integrated supply chain, BI, security, revenue assurance and fraud platforms. Following the launch, Hillol helped leadership develop network strategy and device partnerships for migration to owner economics.
Prior to joining the firm, Hillol was global CTO for network practice at a professional services firm, supporting operators and enterprise clients with network deployment, growth and transformation.
