Hisham is a Managing Director and Head of US Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking for Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC (EYCA). In his career of nearly 20 years, Hisham has been involved in over 100 M&A and corporate finance transactions. He has extensive experience advising buyers and sellers in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors.
Prior to joining EYCA, Hisham served as Head of Aerospace and Defense Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Company. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group at Jefferies Quarterdeck. Hisham also spent over 10 years at CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for building its Technology and Aerospace & Defense Groups, after having worked in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking group.
Hisham holds a BA in Economics from UCLA. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
