Igal has been advising corporations and lenders on corporate finance and restructuring matters for more than 15 years. He also spent three years as a risk advisory consultant, assisting companies with business process redesign and reengineering.

Igal leads the EY Bahamas Strategy and Transactions (SaT) group. He focuses on restructuring and insolvencies, due diligence, divestitures, capital and debt advisory and M&A services. Igal also has a regional role to support transaction diligence and M&A for the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands.

He advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, shareholders and governments in engagements ranging from M&A support, to performance enhancement of solvent companies and dealing with deeply distressed situations.
