Jay is a managing director in the Forensic & Integrity Services practice, supporting clients in the areas of crisis management, enterprise security, complex investigations and compliance.

He has a wide range of experience preparing for, preventing, responding to and investigating crises, whether they involved threats of mass or targeted violence, cyber intrusions or insider threats.

Jay is a former US government senior executive with over 20 years of experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He has been a special agent in charge, chief compliance officer and chief human capital officer at the FBI.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
