Jay is a managing director in the Aerospace, Defense and Mobility practice, advising senior executives at global aerospace and defense enterprises on growth, transformation and mission-critical strategy at the intersection of commercial innovation and defense imperatives.
He brings a distinctive tri-sector background spanning Silicon Valley entrepreneurship, the US intelligence community, and strategy and business development roles across leading US defense firms. This experience enables Jay to help clients translate emerging technologies and operating models into scalable, secure and commercially viable outcomes in highly regulated environments.
He holds an MS and MBA from the University of Colorado and an MA from the University of Denver.
