Jeff is a Managing Director in the US Health Care Investment Banking practice, focusing on health care clients. He has more than 12 years of M&A and corporate finance experience and has completed a wide range of consulting and financing transactions. ​Jeff has advised on transactions across a broad spectrum of health care services companies, including acute care, alternate site, behavioral health, distribution, health care IT, managed care, pharma services, physician practice management and post-acute care companies.

Prior to joining EYCA, Jeff served as CFO of an urgent care clinic operator. Jeff has also held investment banking roles at Stephens Inc., Harris Williams & Co., and Stifel Nicolaus. Jeff holds an MA from Harvard University and a BS from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
