Jennifer has worked with management and boards on a broad range of governance topics, including composition and structure, self-assessments, charter formation and agendas.

She provides guidance to EY teams on developing custom training and materials used to help new board members or those new to audit committees. Additionally, she provides one-on-one training for directors and helps them identify networks and resources that can assist them in their role.

Jennifer also encourages and facilitates the exchange of information about business issues and risks, and she supports audit committees in their oversight role.

She graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BA in International Economics and a focus on accounting. She also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
