Jeremy is a principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Consulting practice and a part of the EY Global Regulatory Network. He focuses on helping global and regional financial institutions with regulation, supervision and organizational change, particularly in the areas of capital planning and financial risk management.
Jeremy spent 24 years with the Federal Reserve System in bank supervision. He led the firm-specific supervision of one of the United States Globally Systemically Important Banks (GSIB). At the end of his Federal Reserve career, he helped to establish and lead the system-wide program responsible for the financial risk management and capital planning supervision of the largest banks in the US.
While at the Federal Reserve, Jeremy also sat on the primary supervisory oversight group with responsibility for GSIB supervision, helping with recommendations on GSIB supervisory ratings and enforcement action issues and closures.
Jeremy earned a BS from Virginia Tech.
