As the Banking and Capital Markets Enterprise Protection Leader, Jim helps financial services organizations navigate complex nonfinancial risks, regulatory requirements and operational challenges, empowering them to realize their growth ambitions. Jim’s experience spans a broad spectrum of nonfinancial risk domains, including enterprise governance, controls, compliance, cybersecurity, privacy and internal audit. He is also an integral part of the leadership team supporting leading banking and capital markets clients.
With more than 30 years in the financial services industry, Jim has developed deep knowledge in trading, compliance, operational risk and controls. Previously, Jim held executive and strategic roles at major institutions, where Jim led initiatives to strengthen risk management frameworks and improve operational efficiency.
Jim earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s in Finance from Baruch College in New York City.
