Joel has over 20 years of experience across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring engagements. He has been appointed to some of the largest, most complex and high-profile engagements in the Region, often involving cross-border situations, with a particular focus on fraud and asset recovery, investigations and rights of action.
He also serves in a financial advisory capacity for various stakeholder groups, including government, regulators, lenders and investors. His experience includes lead advisory, due diligence, accelerated disposals, and strategic and business reviews.
Joel is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, a qualified insolvency practitioner (Joint Insolvency Examination Board, UK) and an accredited director (Corporate Governance Institute). He is a member of INSOL International and the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA) for the Cayman Islands chapter.
