Joon manages projects with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has led several programs within Health Strategy Consulting during his time at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). His specialties include investment thesis, due diligence, operating structures, synergies, value creation, management reporting, carve-out, stand-alone analysis, integration, divestiture, spin-off, joint venture, structuring, business transformation and restructuring.

Joon’s previous work experience includes being an independent music professional and an army sergeant in his native Republic of (South) Korea.

Upon coming to the US, Joon completed his schooling in the Midwest with a BS in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
