Joseph is a partner in Health Technology at Ernst & Young LLP. He has more than 20 years of experience advising executive leadership teams on technology-enabled transformation across the healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, pharmacy benefit managers and government healthcare programs.
Joseph designs and scales enterprise solutions that align advanced technologies, modern platforms and data-driven strategies to core business and enterprise priorities. He works closely with clients to modernize foundational health IT and enterprise data platforms, strengthen digital and analytics capabilities, improve operational performance across clinical and corporate functions, and operationalize artificial intelligence (AI) and automation responsibly at scale. His work delivers measurable improvements in performance, compliance, transparency and patient outcomes.
Prior to joining the US firm, Joseph held senior leadership roles at other global professional services organizations, where he led large-scale healthcare transformation and analytics initiatives in complex, highly regulated environments. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.
