Joshua leads the International Tax and Transactions Services practice in the EY US National Tax Department. He advises clients on all aspects of US international and partnership taxation, particularly cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and restructurings. Joshua also frequently speaks on international tax topics for groups including the American Bar Association, DC Bar, Tax Executives Institute, and International Tax Institute.
Prior to joining EY, Joshua was a senior counsel in the tax department of a global energy company where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, master limited partnerships and global tax planning. Prior to that, Joshua was an associate at a major international law firm.
Joshua received a JD, cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Michigan Law School and a BBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
