As a leader in our AI enabled automation practice, Joshua delivers AI-based solutions to help companies transform their services and operations, helping them to build their ideal organization of the future. In this role, he leads artificial intelligence (AI) projects across EY Americas, activating global AI teams and designing next-gen products and strategies to serve clients in the life sciences and health care sectors.
Combining an extensive background in process improvement with deep technical knowledge in AI, analytics and automation, Josh creates high-performing teams that deliver fast and high-quality results for clients.
Before coming to New York, Josh was a leader in the EY Asia-Pacific Intelligent Automation capability, where he built AI solutions for major financial services clients in Australia, Korea, China and Singapore.
He received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney with a focus on Business Information Systems.
