Karen is the EY Americas Consumer & Health Vice Chair, overseeing the Consumer Products, Retail, Health and Life Sciences sectors. She is responsible for shaping industry strategy and helping clients unlock growth, navigate complexity, and harness the power of technology and AI. Karen is known for building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and delivering exceptional client service across complex, global organizations. She also serves as a Global Client Service Partner for a leading global food and beverage company.

Across her 30+ year EY career, Karen has worked at the intersection of strategy, transactions and execution. She brings deep experience in complex M&A transactions and financial diligence, along with a strong track record of enhancing the EY client experience through a range of leadership roles.

Karen graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
