Karen leads EY Global Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function to build the commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY brand. The BMC team is focused on both internal and external audiences to drive reputation, relationships, revenue and people engagement.
Additionally, as a member of the EY Global Corporate Responsibility Governance Council, Karen is responsible for leading a program of opportunities to engage the skills, capabilities and commitment of EY people to improve social equality.
Since joining EY in 1991, Karen has performed national, regional and global leadership roles in brand and marketing, communications, corporate responsibility and operations in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong.
She earned a graduate diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing) from Curtin University.
