Kate is a principal in the EY-Parthenon Education practice. With more than a decade of experience in management consulting, she focuses on growth strategy, commercial due diligence and value creation. Her clients include education-focused companies (tech and services), universities and private equity firms.

She focuses on market opportunities for technology and service vendors in K-12 and higher education in areas such as back-office software, classroom software, publishing and curriculum, assessment, data analytics and AI solutions. In addition to K-12 and higher education, Kate is proficient in enterprise learning, including training and certification vendors in areas such as leadership, IT, cybersecurity and others. She has also led back-to-school operational improvement engagements for education companies and universities.

In addition to her client work, Kate oversees the Boston Office for the EY-Parthenon practice.

She graduated from Harvard University and has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
