Kevin Cole

As the Chicago office managing partner at Ernst & Young LLP, Kevin helps lead 4,500 professionals in the Chicago market. He also serves as the Great Lakes market leader, guiding office managing partners in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania in executing firm strategy.

Prior to his current role, Kevin served as the accounts managing partner for the US-Central Region, responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies across industry market segments and service lines.

Kevin brings over 30 years of experience serving in various positions to grow and transform the business of both the EY organization and his clients. He believes high-performing teams have a strong distributed leadership model built around a shared vision.

Kevin received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He sits on the boards of the United Way of Metro Chicago, World Business Chicago and the Civic Committee.
