Kevin is a partner in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice and works in the Financial Services Organization. He has more than 29 years of international tax experience, including 26 years with Ernst & Young LLP, and advises multinational companies across asset management, insurance, and banking and capital markets. His experience includes international entity reorganization, business transformation, cross-border acquisitions and dispositions, tax accounting and income tax provisions.

He previously held an international tax leadership role at a leading global financial institution where he was responsible for building a controls environment to mitigate international, state and US federal income taxes.

Kevin has an MS in Taxation, with distinction, from DePaul University and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is a CPA licensed in Illinois.
