Laura Martin Dillon

Health policy wonk. Former health system best practice researcher, global and mental health advocate. Avid hiker, biker and wayfarer.

Laura provides legislative and regulatory affairs services to health care clients, offering strategic guidance, targeted communications and data-driven policy development. She also produces easily digestible thought leadership pieces and speaks in public forums to educate industry and other stakeholders about issues at the forefront of the health care policy debate.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP (EY), Laura was a Senior Health Care Analyst at the Advisory Board Company, where she led research on issues such as value-based payment and clinical variation. Laura has also worked as a fellow in the University of Chicago Medicine’s Office of Strategy Planning, and in domestic and global health policy at RESULTS Educational Fund and the Society for Neuroscience. 

Laura received a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.
