As a senior partner within the Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility (AMM) and the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practices of Ernst & Young LLP, Liban works with some of the most well-known companies in the world, helping them with strategy execution, managing complex transformations and accelerating innovation.

While leading a team of thousands of professionals working in more than 80 countries, Liban also oversees strategic client relationships.

Earlier in his career as a corporate and securities lawyer Liban represented private and sovereign clients in the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia in connection with a variety of capital markets, business structuring and formation transactions. He has also represented buyers, sellers, and special committees of boards in merger and acquisition transactions, including stock and asset deals and reorganizations.

Liban earned a juris doctorate at the University of Virginia School of Law and bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
