Lindsay is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in New York and is the EY US Financial Services and Digital Assets IPO Leader. She advises companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, supporting transactions and transformational events such as IPO readiness, M&A, divestitures, debt and equity financing, and finance process optimization.
Lindsay works closely with domestic and international boards, C-suite teams and finance leaders to strategize and execute programs to improve processes, strengthen internal controls and access US capital markets. She supports companies with SOX implementations, leveraging tech and AI to deliver on strategic goals and mitigate risk.
Lindsay is a CPA licensed in New York and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. She is IFRS-accredited. Lindsay holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Lehigh University and earned a Certificate in Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from Wharton.
