Lisa is a managing director at Washington Council Ernst & Young, where she helps companies and firms understand possible US federal tax policy changes and develop strategies for engaging with policymakers in the complex legislative, regulatory and political arenas.
Prior to joining WCEY, Lisa led global government affairs for a major US company and oversaw the company’s tax policy work. Earlier in her career, she was chief of staff for the Senate Republican Whip —who is the second highest ranking Republican leader — where she helped negotiate several major pieces of economic legislation and was responsible for coordinating a unified approach to key Republican legislative priorities.
Lisa is an active member of the Washington, DC, tax community and a member of the DC Bar.
