Luis became a partner at EY in 2015 to build the tax technology practice in the region. As a tax technology professional, Luis helps clients navigate the digital tax environment to improve their tax function. He has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of digital solutions in tax authorities (Mexico, Colombia, Egypt, Jordan and others) and private companies.
In 2019, Luis became the Innovation & Digital Transformation Leader at EY Mexico for LATAM North. He has focused on the development of new assets to help the region explore new revenue lines.
Before joining EY, he worked in the government sector where he implemented technology.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Tec de Monterrey and a Master’s in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
