Manish is the EY-Parthenon US Deal Management Leader with a focus in the Technology sector. Manish has 20+ years of experience of working directly with the Boards, CXOs, and other executives of leading tech companies to advise on transaction strategy, planning and operational execution. Prior to joining EY US, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for seven years for various Fortune 500's and other privately-held and private equity-backed companies as a turn-around expert with focus on business strategy, planning and operational transformation. Manish earned an MBA with high distinction from University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
