Marc is Associate Director and Controller of the EY Foundation. He leads the foundation’s finance team and is responsible for all financial and tax reporting, annual audit oversight, board reporting, investment management and other accounting operations. He also oversees the Foundation’s Social Justice grantmaking program and the Communications, Measurement and Reporting function for the Americas Community Impact team. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Marc worked for 10 years as the Director of Internal Audit for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
