As EY’s UK & Ireland Financial Services Leader, Martina leads more than 500 partners and over 6000 people dedicated to serving the UK & Ireland Financial Services industry and is responsible for some of the firm’s largest clients across the globe.
After joining the global EY organization in 1998, Martina has been a Partner since 2009 and is passionate about driving strategic transformation in financial services and developing diverse and high-performing teams. She was the Deputy Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for EY EMEIA Financial Services from 2021 to 2024 and held the role of EY Ireland Financial Services Assurance Leader from 2017 to 2021.
Martina is passionate about driving the diversity and inclusivity agenda, is a sponsor of high potential female development programmes and an active mentor for emerging talent.
In addition to her business degree, she holds a Master’s in accounting from University College Dublin and is a qualified chartered accountant.
