Mike leads data strategy, governance, privacy, risk and regulatory engagements for global, national and regional banking institutions. He advises chief data officers and data leaders on building trusted, high-performing data organizations that enable confident decision-making and enterprise transformation.
Prior to his current role, Mike held multiple leadership positions within the Data and Analytics practice, where he helped establish data governance and strategy capabilities across the Financial Services Organization and guided complex, multidisciplinary delivery teams. His work has spanned data quality, regulatory reporting and large-scale modernization programs.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including advisory roles focused on information management, risk data aggregation and data-driven operating model design.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where he developed the analytical foundation that continues to shape his approach to data and transformation.
