Michael is an investment banker within Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC with a specific expertise in the Energy sector. He has over 19 years of corporate finance, public equity, and M&A advisory experience, working with companies across the Energy sector and around the world. Transaction experience ranges from privately held middle market companies to large public multi-national companies.
Prior to joining EY, Michael was a Senior Vice President with a leading private equity lender and two separate leading middle market investment banks. Roles included energy portfolio management and underwriting as well as oilfield services equity research and energy investment banking.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
