Mike is currently a Principal in EY-Parthenon’s Digital Infrastructure Strategy practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mike has extensive experience providing strategy and due diligence leadership to investors and executives in the Digital Infrastructure and TMT industries. He has a particular focus on wireline and wireless connectivity infrastructure businesses, such as fiber, bulk Wi-Fi, cable, tower and DAS operators, and related service providers across the value chain.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Mike was a principal at CMA Strategy Consulting, which was acquired by the EY organization.
He has proven experience in market research, competitive benchmarking and analysis, demand and supply modeling, customer analysis and segmentation, and financial forecasting. He has worked on transactions and value creation initiatives amounting to billions of dollars across dozens of countries.
Mike holds a BS in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University.
