As a principal, Mike focuses on making an impact through strategy, M&A, integration and practical management actions across large diversified health care businesses, payors, providers, pharmacies and the investors focused on reshaping the health care market.

Mike has more than 17 years of consulting experience and has advised on more than 150 M&A transactions across a broad set of clients, ranging from Fortune 20s and leading private equity firms, to mission-based nonprofits seeking to improve the health care needs of their customers.

The health care market is massive, fragmented, unbalanced in profitability, difficult to manage and constantly reshaping itself through policy, technology and consumer trends. Mike works in the health care sector because it’s hard, rewarding and everyone is aligned to an ultimate goal.

Mike holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Notre Dame and a BSC in Economics from DePaul University.
